Voice to-do list for iPhone v1.04 · What’s new
Forgot it again? Not with an alarm that says it.
Missed the call. Paid the late fee. Lost the parcel. Quiet reminders are easy to swipe away. TodoLot turns what you say into real alarms that ring and speak the task, even on silent, even in Focus.
Free to start · No account · iPhone with iOS 26.5 or later
Tap Speak your tasks and talk.Say the whole day in one breath. Each task got its own time. Confirm. It rings and says it. On silent, in Focus, no internet needed.
Four things you can count on
It will ring. With your task.
Every task you confirm becomes a real iOS alarm through Apple’s AlarmKit, the same system the Clock app uses. It rings on silent, in Focus, and without internet, and it says what you set: “Call the bank. It’s nine o’clock.”
Not a notification you can swipe past.
Say your whole day. Get a day of alarms.
Hold the button and talk: the bank at nine, coffee with Anna at one, the cake at four, gym every Monday. AI splits it into separate tasks, each with its own alarm, repeat rule or early nudge.
One dictation can become ten alarms.
Always at hand.
Add a task with Siri from anywhere: “Add task in TodoLot”. When an alarm rings, it takes over the lock screen with the task on it. No account, no setup, nothing to sync.
Your tasks live on your iPhone, not on a server.
Any time zone.
Clients in other cities? Say “call the client at 3 pm New York time” and the alarm lands at the right moment on your clock. “At 9” always means 9 where you are. Check the time on the confirm screen before you save.
Your time zone and local time go with every dictation.

Press play. This is what your alarm sounds like: not a chime with a label, the task itself.

Call the bank. It’s nine o’clock. No excuses.4 s
8 natural voices, tuned for English plus Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hindi and Arabic. The free plan uses the iPhone’s built-in system voice; natural voices are part of TodoLot Pro.
One breath in. A whole day of alarms out.
What you say on the left becomes the alarms on the right. Times, repeats and early nudges come from your words.
“Call the bank at 9, coffee with Anna at 1, pick up the cake at 4, pack the beach bag at 5, dentist on the 12th and remind me a day before, gym every Monday at 7.”

Sound familiar?
It’s not that you don’t care. Quiet reminders are just easy to swipe away.
I remembered too late and paid for it.
Missed appointments, late fees, the parcel sent back. Say “dentist on the 12th, remind me a day before” and it rings a day early.
I swipe my own reminders away.
A banner is easy to dismiss without reading. TodoLot rings as a real alarm and says the task, so you know what it is before your thumb moves.
Alarm, 7:30. For what?
Alarms named “Alarm 3” tell you nothing. TodoLot’s alarm speaks the task itself: “Morning run in the park, shoes are by the door.”
It evaporated the moment I thought “I’ll remember”.
Capturing takes seconds of talking. Say everything at once; AI splits it into tasks with times before it slips away.
I stopped the alarm and still didn’t do it.
Say “remind me a few times” and the alarm comes back 15 and 45 minutes later, until you mark the task done.
My client is eight hours away.
Say their time: “call at 3 pm New York time”. The alarm is set for the right moment on your clock, and you see it before saving.

Frequently asked
Does TodoLot ring on silent mode or in Focus?
TodoLot alarms ring on silent and in Focus modes because they are real iOS system alarms scheduled through Apple’s AlarmKit, the same mechanism the Clock app uses. They play at your alarm volume. Tasks you mark as quiet arrive as normal notifications instead.
How is this different from Reminders or a Clock alarm?
A Reminders notification is a silent banner you can swipe away; a Clock alarm rings but only shows a label. A TodoLot alarm rings like the Clock and says the task itself, and you create it by talking instead of filling in a form.
Which devices are supported?
TodoLot runs on iPhone with iOS 26.5 or later. On iPad it runs as an iPhone-designed app.
Which languages can I dictate in?
Any language that iOS speech recognition supports on your device; you pick the dictation language on the recording screen. Natural voices are tuned for English plus Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hindi and Arabic; other languages use the default voice.
Does it work offline?
Tasks you add by hand and every scheduled alarm work without a connection. Turning a dictation into tasks and generating a natural voice need the internet; if the network is down, the alarm falls back to the built-in system voice so it always rings.
Is my data private?
Your tasks live only on your device. There is no account and no advertising. The text of a dictation goes to an AI service to be split into tasks, and with natural voices on, the text of an alarm phrase goes to the voice service. Full details: Privacy Policy.
Is TodoLot made for ADHD?
TodoLot is a general productivity app for anyone who loses tasks the moment they think “I’ll remember that”. If you have ADHD, a loud alarm that says the task may be easier to act on than a silent banner. It is a convenience tool, not a medical device, and should not be your only reminder for medication or other critical obligations.

Who makes this
TodoLot is made by one person, Viktor Gorbatiuk. No company, no investors, no ads: Pro subscriptions pay for the servers that split your dictation and generate the voices. Questions or ideas go to vibeprogerai@gmail.com, and every message is read.
